Founded in 2008, Converged Services Refrigeration provides a complete array of service, maintenance and preventative maintenance service designed to maintain and enhance the operation of scientific and OEM environmental chambers and freezers.

Converged Services Refrigeration is a factory authorized service provider using factory authorized techniques while utilizing the latest technology to repair and service ultra-low freezers, Laboratory refrigerators and freezers, Refrigerated incubators, ice machines and Environmental rooms.

We also upgrade and retrofit these units to meet additional or future needs. Our technicians combine technical knowledge, extensive experience, and continuous learning to keep your equipment always performing at its best.

Manufactured product services include, but are not limited to, Sanyo, Panasonic, Revco, Harris, Lindberg Blue M, Thermo Fisher, Forma, Thermo PEEK/Plus Ultra Low Freezer service training, Sanyo Biomedical and Nuaire.

Senior executive leader

Mark M. Haupt, a decorated U.S. Air Force veteran, owns and manages Converged Services, LLC, a Professional Services company headquartered in Raleigh, NC and serves as a member of the NC Governor’s Advisory Council for Small and HUB Businesses. He serves as the NC Veterans Business Association Legislative Chair and a Trustee of a large corporate VEBA. He is past President of the North Carolina Veterans Business Association and the Tammy Lynn Foundation in Raleigh, NC. He served on the Board of Directors of the Research Triangle Park Federal Credit Union.

Mark founded Converged Services, LLC in 2008 after 30 years in the corporate world delivering telecommunications, data and information technology products and services around the world. A seasoned executive leader of global business development, customer service and operations organizations, Mark has more than 37 years of global and domestic Information Technology and Telecommunications industry experience. He has introduced products and services in 13+ countries and directed operations teams in Europe, Asia and South and North America of up to 350 employees.

Mark holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from U. Iowa University and an Associate Degree in Electronic Technology from the Community College of the U.S. Air Force.

He resides in Raleigh, NC, with his wife, Sandra and close to their two children and four grandchildren.
