Our Preventive Maintenance Program offers protection for medical and research refrigeration products by identification and repair of problems before they occur. Consistent superior operation through in-depth preventive maintenance programs for all major types of equipment.

Preventative Maintenance services include filter replacement and factory recommended service checks to ensure Ultra Low freezers and refrigerators, ice machines and environmental rooms are maintained to factory recommended standards.

Sample preventative maintenance activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Verify alarm controls work properly and replace batteries when needed
  • Verify that temperature indicators work correctly and are properly calibrated
  • Inspect door gaskets and seals
  • Inspect power cords and electrical wiring and replace if needed
  • Inspect door hinges and latches for proper operation
  • Verify that condensing coils are clean and fans function correctly
  • Check for water leaks and condensation
